By submitting User Content, you grant GAD Productions an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. Under our Acceptable Use Policy, you must not submit content that is:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of GAD Productions arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is capped at fifty US dollars (US$50). In no event will GAD Productions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You agree to a class-action waiver and will bring claims only on an individual basis.
The following matters are carved out from mandatory arbitration and may be brought in an appropriate court:
- Claims of defamation.
- Claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
- Claims for intellectual-property infringement.
Termination
GAD Productions may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete associated User Content and any data linked to your account.
Changes & Contact
